5-Step Tax Prep Process
Step 1
Fill out the Contact Us form. Provide your phone number and best time to call if you would like to speak first.

Step 2
We send you an Engagement Letter, Organizer and list of required documents.

Step 3
Complete the Organizer and upload the required documents. Then we update your Engagement Letter with your Mountain Time fee. Lastly, you sign the Engagement Letter.

Step 4
If we have questions, we will reach out via your preferred contact method. We complete your return, send a draft and e-file forms via DocuSign, and a separate invoice.

Step 5
Sign your e-file forms and pay your Mountain Time fee. We file your return and send you a final draft for your records.
